Because your appointment time is reserved just for you and payment processing fees are non-refundable, all payments are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule one time with 24+ hours notice by emailing me at aspirewithspirit@gmail.com.

• Rescheduled sessions must be used within 60 days, subject to availability.

• Changes within 24 hours of your appointment time and no-shows are forfeited and may not be rescheduled.

• If a technical issue prevents our session and the issue is on my side, we will reschedule.

By booking and/or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being.

• You understand results vary and no guarantees are made.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Aspire with Spirit LLC from claims or liability related to services received.

• Sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

• Aspire with Spirit LLC may refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
